Amy Seglund will provide a talk on White-tailed ptarmigan, a resident of the Alpine tundra in the high mountains of Colorado.  Amy is a conservation bilolgist with the Colorado Department of Parks and Wildlife and has conducted studies of ptarmigan in the Colorado mountains.  She will discuss the basic giology of the ptarmigan, threats to its livelihood, and work the CPW has done on the species.  Please join us at the Montrose Field House at 7:00 p.m. for her informative talk.  All are welcome and there is no charge.
