Walt Dabney, member of the Coalition of National Park Rangers, retired Canyonlands National Park Superintendent, and former Texas State Parks Director, will speak about the history of America’s public lands and their potential future.  BCAS is hosting this special community event at the Ute Indian Museum, 17253 Chipeta Road in Montrose.  Attendance is free and open to all public land users and enthusiasts.
