Dr. Bruce Ackerman and Susan Werner: “Birding and Kayaking in Baja Mexico”    

Bruce Ackerman and Susan Werner will speak about their most recent trip to Baja Mexico, where they camped on two islands, kayaked, birded, watched Gray Whales mating, hiked, and snorkeled with Sea Lions. They love this part of Mexico so much, they have toured there four times with the same company. A combination of rocky desert landscapes and the ocean right there is very appealing during Montrose’s winter months.
